I was helped by 3 stalwart gentlemen, by the names of Ryan, Ahmir, and Larry. Originally, Id been a long time fan of Indian Motorcycles, until I finally bought one and was given the complete run around by Indians sales team; awful experience and a month later I still dont have my license plates, among other issues! Chi-Town Harley-Davidson at Tinley Park, on the other hand, made a Harley dude out of me today. Ryan Krohn was my first contact, and he was extremely patient and helpful in getting me the 2021 Iron 883 I had my heart set on since seeing it on the website. The paperwork process gave us issues at no fault of their own, but Larry and Ahmir tag-teamed the hell out of it, tables ladders and chairs style. All jests aside, they all really hooked us up. My wife and I left the proud, happy owners of the gorgeous Iron 883 I originally fell for. Overall, I cant express enough how satisfied I am with the experience. Chi-Town HD has customer service down to a science! Thanks again, guys! That whole place is manned by a f***** solid team.
